Meat Balls / Diet Kofta


For Grinding:

Chicken – Minced 1 kg
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 3 Tbsp
Chopped Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Onion – 2 normal size
Green Chilies
Garlic cloves
Chili flakes
Khaskhas paste
All Spice Powder
Olive oil


Put these all ingredients in a chopper. After that put it in a bowl and add chutney made up of garlic cloves and chilly flakes. Add salt to taste. Mix it well. Then add 1 tsp of khaskhas paste and 1 tbsp. of all spice powder. Mix and make balls out of it. Put these balls in a non-stick pan by adding 2 tbsps. of olive oil and add water in a little quantity with 2 tbsp. of yoghurt. Cook it under steam till it becomes tender.
