Chicken – Cut In to strips
Zucchini – in long thin slices (noodle shape)
Crushed Chilly Sauce
Sauté garlic and chicken strips in 1-2 tbsps. olive oil, with some soy sauce. Then add the desired vegetables i.e. (mushrooms and carrots) along with zucchini first, cook until zucchini and veggies are tender. Season it with salt, white pepper, crushed chilies, hot sauce and vinegar according to taste. Then add spring onions and cabbage. Cook for few minutes or until all the water dries and voila!! It’s super yummy and filling.
