When it comes to clean eating, the most important thing occupy our minds is the variety of foods to munch on. It is nearly impossible to cut off your all favorite junkies that you have been living on for ages and shift yourself to an insipid food side. I love exploring and experimenting new dishes that would actually savor my dining needs. Tuna salad is one of the easiest and most common clean eating food. You would see a lot people who wont survive a week without touching tuna salad. However people love making it with canned products! Nevertheless, if not a very bad idea then it isn’t good too. Canned products are processed and should be avoided for healthy lifestyle and fish isn’t a rocket science specie! You can cook it in less than 10 minutes very easily. This is my all time favorite tuna salad recipe and I am sure you would love it too!
