Hair fall is one of the most common global problems these days. Air and water pollution all over the world has resulted in hair damages and falls in many people. Where we blame water and air, many times we are culprit our own selves too of this problem! Our lifestyle including insufficient and unhealthy diet, irregular sleeping patterns and a lot screen times are also cause of our unhealthy hairs, face and nails.

I used to have a lot of hair fall before my marriage and so much so that I would get scared many times that I will get bald. Not only hair fall, many times had I used to see hair loss patches in center or front of my scalp! Being a home remedy lover, luckily I never tried any doctors or their medicines rather I worked well with these remedies and they definitely kept my trust safe. These best three hair fall remedies work like a magic. I can really swear by the benefits they bring. You would notice positive changes even with few days of trying them.

Miracle Oil:

I have named it miracle oil, because they really did one with me too! Among the best three hair fall remedies, I can just swear by it. For this miracle oil, you need Mustard oil almost half to 1 liter. The next thing you need is equal amount or proportion of Amla, Reetha and Sikakaye. Grind amla, reetha and sikakaye and mix in musturd oil. Shake bottle before every use. Before applying oil, always warm it and apply with your finger tips on scalp. Massage clockwise and anticlockwise and press your fingers on scalp to let it absorb oil completely in it. Use this remmedy thrice a week 2 or 3 hours before your shower time.

Lemon Seeds and Black Pepper:

Lemon seeds and black pepper seeds are life saver! They are one of my favorite best three hair fall remedies. Grind lemon seeds and black pepper seeds in equal proportion and apply them on your scalp for 20 to 30 minutes and rinse with your regular shampoo. They work like magic specially for hair patches. Within days of trying, you would notice new healthy baby hairs coming from hair patches. You can use this remedy daily or every alternative day.

Cinnamon and Lemon:

I can swear by this remedy as I have tried it myself too! Take a tea spoon of cinnamon powder and juice of lemon, mix together to form it in good medium mixture and apply on your scalp or beard or anywhere you find a hair patch. Your patch would start filling within first week. If you want to apply on whole scalp, then increase quantity of ingredients according to your needs. You should apply it for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with water. If you feel itching you can discontinue or minimize the use.
