Postnatal Yoga

After your C-section, you must visit your doctor for so many postnatal guidance and checkups. Thankfully I never miss an appointment specially when it is connected with my maternity and postnatal care. On my this appointment after 10th day of my C-section when my doctor started checking my stomach, all she could see was a saggy aged skin that was portraying a very bad image of no self care. She asked me to start postnatal yoga immediately and I did. It was not even a week following this video that my stomach started looking firm and smooth. Yes, it was not a flat tummy because of recent C-section but it was definitely a smooth and tighten stomach. Follow this beginner’s postnatal yoga at least 3 times a week and I bet you will love it!
