Apple, Apricot and Plum Smoothy

Ingredients:

Apple                                                          One
Apricots                                                    Three Medium
Plums                                                          Two Medium
Low Fat Milk                                           Half Cup
Yogurt                                                        Two Tablespoons
Honey                                                         One Teaspoon
Mint                                                             Two leaves

Ingredients:

Blend all ingredients except mint leaves in blender and refrigerate it for two hours. Drink it with mint on top and refresh yourself healthily. All these ingredients are best for digestion and constipation and work wonder for weight loss too with their less calorie filling effects.
