Ingredients:
Oats 1 cup
Honey 2 tablespoons
Peanut butter 1 tablespoon
Eggs 2 full
Almonds handful
Milk 2 tablespoons
Method:
In a bowl put oats, honey, peanut butter, eggs, almonds and milk. Beat them together with an electric or manual beater to form a bit thick paste. Preheat the over for 10 minutes at 80 degree. Pour the mixture in a baking tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes till the texture looks firm. Cut them into bars and refrigerate. You can have them once in a day as snacks.
