Mix Lentil Soup


Chana Daal                  1/4 Cup
Moong Daal                  1/4 Cup
masoor Daal                 1/4 Cup
Chat Masala
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilly Powder
Black Pepper
Ginger Garlic Paste
Olive Oil few drops
Capsicum                      1 thin slices
Carrots                         1 thin slices


Take ¼ cup of Chana, Moong and masoor dal each. Boil together by adding chopped ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and black pepper. When cooked well and turned thick, keep it aside. In another pan, add few drops of olive oil, sauté green capsicum and carrot slices (or any other desired vegetables) and add the mixture of the dal, mix all well and sprinkle some chaat masala to taste. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and ready to serve.
