You hardly require 15 to 20 minutes maximum to make this delicious dish. And not only it will serve as good meal idea but it is best to serve your 11th hour guest arrivals too. Here it is how you can make a yummy oats haleem.
Ingredients:
Chicken Few pieces
Water 2 cups
Oats 2 Cups quick oats
Onion 1 chopped (optional)
Red Chilly Powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Corriander Powder 1 teaspoon
Chaat Masala 1 teaspoon
Salt As per taste
Lemon 1 small lemon
Coriander Leaves As required for garnishing
Ginger Few julienne cut sticks
Green Chilly 2 to 3 chopped
Method:
Boil chicken and put it aside to cool and then shred it. Take a pan, put water, boiled shredded chicken and oats in it along with chopped onions. Add all powdered spice and let it it cook on medium heat till oats get completely cooked. Sprinkle lemon and garnish with julienne cut ginger, coriander leaves and green chilies.
